This week is going to be SUPER busy.
We have SO much going on.
Tomorrow is Alex’s birthday and both girls have an away track meet (the boys didn’t qualify for this one as they only take the top 3 for each event.)
Tuesday we have doctor’s appts for the 6 oldest kids.
Friday I have to pick up dresses, jewelry, shoes and whatever else is needed last minute for Saturday…
Both girls are going (this is the prom at their old high school. David is attending the prom at their new high school in May.)
As you might guess, Saturday is going to be insane! ACK!
So, HAD to menu plan this week just to save myself the frustration…

Sunday: Formal Dinner: pork roast, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, applesauce, dinner rolls & chocolate cake
Tuesday: penne with chicken, sausage, spinach, tomatoes & garlic, served with garlic bread
Wednesday: meatloaf, mac & cheese, corn (recipe to be posted)
Thursday: baked chicken, chicken flavored rice, green beans or salad
Saturday: Breakfast for Dinner:waffles, sausage, and fresh fruit
