Emma had her first REAL haircut yesterday and had TEN INCHES cut off and donated.
And while it made me a little sad and weepy, Emma was thrilled with her hair, especially because, according to her, it comes with added “benefits”…
This morning, she informed her dad that she wanted short hair because:
“That way when I puke it won’t get in the way.
And plus, when I decorate Easter eggs, I won’t accidentally color my hair anymore.”
I had no clue these were issues for her, but I certainly am glad that we were able to calm her worries.
